Experience life at Olde Eight.

The Discovery Stay is an invitation to experience Olde Eight as it was meant to be experienced — on the course, around the lake, and within the community itself. Over two hosted days, qualified prospects gain a deeper understanding of the club, the land, and the opportunity to make it their own.

What it includes.

  • A private cabin within the community serves as your home during the stay. Mornings begin quietly. Evenings settle slowly. The setting allows you to experience Olde Eight not as a visitor, but as someone imagining what membership could feel like.

  • Whether a full round on the championship course or an introduction to the planned short course and Repair Shop, your time on the course is curated by our team. This is not simply a tee time, but an intentional introduction to the architecture, rhythm, and culture of the club.

  • For those who do not play, or who wish to experience more, we may incorporate time on the lake, a guided property walk, or other lifestyle touchpoints. Olde Eight is built around the game, but life here extends well beyond it.

  • A structured exploration of the club, homesites, amenities, and long-term vision. This is the heart of the stay; a hosted conversation designed to provide clarity around membership, ownership, and next steps.

  • Enjoy time within the clubhouse and community spaces at your own pace. The dining experience reflects the same philosophy as the club itself: refined, unhurried, and intentionally welcoming.

  • After your stay, our team provides a tailored next-step plan aligned with your level of interest. Whether that means returning with family, exploring specific homesites, or moving toward contract.

The Experience.

Olde Eight is not a resort.
It is not a public club.
It is a community built around the game and the life that follows it.

National Membership offers a way to belong, even if home is elsewhere.

Golf at it’s best.

Olde Eight is built for players who love the game, and the moments that come with it. The dream we set out to fulfill turned out even better in reality: a Drew Rogers-designed 18-hole course, a lighted short course, the Piedmont Putting Course and a dynamic practice facility featuring climate-controlled hitting bays alongside an indoor putting studio.

Living at Olde Eight

Olde Eight’s neighborhoods will thoughtfully blend the traditional and modern, with plans ranging from 2,000 to 4,500 square feet of living area and 3 to 5+ bedrooms.

If you are interested in more information about calling Olde Eight “Home”, please mention that in your inquiry so that we can tailor your visit accordingly.
